"If you don't like the news, go out and make some of your own."

Hi everyone, welcome back to Fiscal Friday. This is Bess Byers with A Generation Empowered. Within hours of Sunday’s horrific terrorist attack in Orlando, President Obama lamented how easy it is for people to get their hands on such a weapon and “decide if that’s the kind of country we want to be.” Which begs the question… If guns are so bad, why do we spend billions a year to arm opposition groups around the world?

Bernie's back, and so are we, for round two of Socialism in Seattle. We hit the streets surrounding Safeco Field to speak with rally attendees about Bernie's platform, ideal tax rates and that pesky term "democratic socialist."

Last month one of our favorite organizations, Mises Institute, came to Seattle to demolish economic myths of the 2016 election.

Last weekend we attended UW's Huskies for Trump rally. Unfortunately only three Trump supporters showed up, so that drastically altered our interview.  Instead we decided to speak with anti-trump supporters, and see what they think of his tax plan.
